This is not an ironic cautionary film about envirowackos. This is a film about what some envirowackos would like to literally be able to do. I thought it would fit well here since O-man is one.

"The Obama administration is proposing to raise federal fuel efficiency standards for cars and light trucks to at least 47 miles per gallon and to as much as 62 mpg by 2025."

That would result in vehicles the size of an egg, and with every bit of the impact resistance.
We can absorb a few hundred thousand traffic fatalities, I guess.

Actually, I think that should be "Obama-Wan Kenobi."

The gesture he is making is one designed to choke out the target. And he appears to be focused on the US economy.

I am in a position to know. :-)

For the "food as a weapon" file: An African perspective on Obama's claim that food aid encourages dependency. (Is it true in Africa but not in urban America?) The author makes an excellent point concerning the people's pain index and what makes people take action that the government can't ignore.

Obama is reported to have said this at the One Nation rally in NYC: “In times of economic unease there can be an anxiety about human rights.”

“Today, as in the past times of economic downturn, some place human rights aside for the promise of short term stability or the false notion that economic growth can come at the expense of freedom. We see leaders abolishing time limits. We see crackdowns on civil society. We see corruption smothering entrepreneurship and good governance. We see democratic reforms deferred indefinitely.”

Observers assume he's talking about OTHER countries like North Korea. It sounds really, really familiar. Like the Obama administration, if my point isn't being made clearly enough.
Is he THAT psychotic?
