Dismissing the charge? How about discipline for the cop?

And the report also states this incident will be used for future training of cops. They actually need to be trained on people's rights. But i'm not surprised about this in N.J. My sis-in-law is living with a divorced state trooper there, and my assessment of him after only a few short conversations was that he ain't the sharpest knife in the drawer.

How about posting the picture and the name of the "orificer" that attempted to bully the reporter under color of law? With a warning underneath to the effect, "Exercise extreme caution if you are approached by this person. He will attempt to enforce the law that he know nothing about."

Detective-"We're going to take your camera and review it for evidence."
Law abiding American citizen-"I'd be glad to give you my contact information and provide you with a copy of the recording, but if you take my camera your department will be hearing from my attorney. And if you arrest me, I will sue your department for false arrest and civil rights violations."
In other words, don't let them bluff you. Just because he's got a badge doesn't mean he knows the laws any better than you do.

Thugs. Simply thugs... but with official State sanction.

A Thug believes, if he wears the Super Hero Costume and bears the Magic Shield, he cannot be wrong!

"Oh yeah? I'll arrest you just because I can! How ya like that? I'll never be held to account for a false arrest either! You'll just submit to me because I'm a Thug and I'll prove it to ya..."

No amount of training will cure this kind of thuggery. "Charges will probably be dropped?" Really?
No, charges need to be filed against the police department and this $hitbag Dicktective and his "superiors."

Law Enforcement should be REQUIRED to know the law, and if they act outside of its bounds, should be subject to enforcement action AGAINST THEM. How is it the guy responsible for watching over rule keeping is immune to breaking those very rules?

I would get that Ossifer's name, run it thru Zabasearch to find his home address. The list of revenge tactics is really long, such as magazine subscriptions, having utilities turned off, concrete in the sewer lines and on and on. Make that TURD hate getting out of bed in the morning then go after his paycheck with legal action.

Immune ya ask?

Well, back in the day it was called Title of Nobility. Today it's called qualified immunity so it's not "really" Title of Nobility. Add to it this pathetic thing called prosecutorial discretion and there is no equity in justice administration. Literally everything is arbitrary.

Politicians claim to champion AMERICA as an exceptional nation. People, idiots, think they are championing us being different from the rest of the world. Only the reality is they are touting how everybody is a SUBJECT to the arbitrary whim of the ruling class and those they "legally" grant Title of Nobility to by simply calling it something else.

Bow down, SUBJECT, or be arrested.

Got Sharia?

Yet the cops wonder at all the hostility to them.

Aw, come on. These are the 'oath keepers' everyone thinks are so wonderful.
These are 'the only ones' and will always see themselves as the chosen few.
They refer to you folks as 'citizens' and feel more attached to the military, which they are not. They are 'citizens', but don't like it.
