Texas man defending home will not face murder charges over dead deputy

The Coalition to Stop Gun Violence refers to an Indiana law that protects people who shoot and kill illegal home invaders--even if the invaders are cops--as "insurrectionist crap." It would be fun to find out what they think of the Texas verdict.

Anonymous said...: Bad Elk v United States; evidently the US Supreme Court agrees with the "insurrectionist" idea as well.

They ruled that a citizen has a right to resist an unlawful arrest and serious bodily harmup to and including the death of the officer. Poor tiny minded fools who trumpet their foolishness as a bugler sounding a charge so that no one will miss the folly of their mental abboration and out right denial.

Why do I say mental abboration??? Well consider this statement:
