"Attorney " or "council " or whatever has been disregarded and the members of the bar have been treated like serfs, subjects and slaves, maybe they will decide to abandon this fallacy of seeing themselves as. Regardless, this is a perfect example of the pitfalls encompassing the bastardization of the word PRIVILEGE.
Attorney - client PRIVILEGE (under the lie that privileges are governmental allowances ) means that government can simply disallow it whenever it feels like it- claiming due process as it's authority. You know, just the same as how they allow and disallow qualified gun ownership and carriage.

Welcome to the club, lawyers. And if I may say so - "how does it feel ? ". Ha biatches ! suckers thought you were exempt. Huh ? Told ya so.

Maybe now you pukes will actually see the Forrest through the trees and DO the right thing about it. Stop playing the rigged game and go into court with a different attitude. You know, seek ACTUAL justice according the the REAL LAW, the SUPREME LAW. Indeed, rejecting thus false fabrication called "case law". Ummm legislatures are tasked with MAKING law. Remember????

However, as usual, the REAL story is only emerging because of people like Marci Wheeler.. aka..emptywheel. She has torn apart every stinking lie, fabrication, statement, document, FISC order, Congressional hearing, report, in depth, to the point her analysis was recently used as direct evidence for the defendant in a trial of an accused "terrorist" who's attorney claims NSA used illegal surveillance to supply FBI with data to create a parallel construction to cover for their arrest scheme. If you want to see the real truth regarding the Surveillance State, you need to read her blog and tweets daily. She posts at least 3 brilliant analysis on emerging stories regarding NSA daily. Her latest is a mind blower.
