Brinks receives four new FFLs after dropping revocation appeal

“This termination of litigation comes contemporaneously with ATF’s issuance of four new FFLs to Brink’s, including a brand new one for the Coppell ... location,” FFLGuard explained. “These new licenses came as part of FFLGuard’s intervention into the dispute between the 150-year-old company and ATF regarding compliance issues.”

SWIFT said...: FFL Guard settled the dispute between Brinks and the ATF, after the ATF used legal, illegal, extra legal tactics to pull Brinks' license in the first place. Once again the head of station in Dallas and all his neo-nazi's, go unpunished. Regardless of the settlement, this sends a signal to other field stations, don't worry about the law, we're above it. No one, without divine intervention, can rehabilitate the ATF. They are syphilitic scum, they know it, equally, they know they will not change. This is no small thing, to restore a republic after it has fallen into corruption. I have studied history for years and I cannot recall it ever happening. It may be that our task is impossible. Yet, if we do not try then how will we know it can't be done? And if we do not try, it most certainly won't be done. The Founders' Republic, and the larger war for western civilization, will be lost.
