Brinks receives four new FFLs after dropping revocation appeal

“This termination of litigation comes contemporaneously with ATF’s issuance of four new FFLs to Brink’s, including a brand new one for the Coppell ... location,” FFLGuard explained. “These new licenses came as part of FFLGuard’s intervention into the dispute between the 150-year-old company and ATF regarding compliance issues.”

FFL Guard settled the dispute between Brinks and the ATF, after the ATF used legal, illegal, extra legal tactics to pull Brinks' license in the first place. Once again the head of station in Dallas and all his neo-nazi's, go unpunished. Regardless of the settlement, this sends a signal to other field stations, don't worry about the law, we're above it. No one, without divine intervention, can rehabilitate the ATF. They are syphilitic scum, they know it, equally, they know they will not change. When they have protection in high places, like Shumer, Feinstein, immoral Holder, why should they try?
