Judge tosses suit filed by slain agent's family over Fast and Furious

This black-robed bastard is a Dubya appointee.
“Unfortunately, the judge did not look at any of the egregious behavior of the U.S. Attorney’s Office. He merely looked at statutory procedures Congress had set up” in cases of the death of a federal agent, procedures Heyer said fail to recognize the difference between an officer killed in a motor vehicle accident and one, like Terry, shot to death because of what the family believes was negligence by federal officials.

This should send a clear message to all actors working on behalf of the federal leviathan.
That message is: you are tools in game that you do not understand. Your death is inconsequential to the regime. Onward march the forces of evil.

This Bush-appointed judge goes all procedural and legalistic in stopping this suit. Meanwhile, Obama clearly and repeatedly flaunts and disregards Congressional-passed laws, and no one says boo. It amounts to injustice for everyone.

Don't expect any change until it becomes difficult to recruit to fill those Federal jobs.
