David, everyone is missing the big picture here. Defeating this travesty is no longer about exceptions to the rule, or even Constitutionality. Though those points are valid, the fact is that the "ACA" was foisted upon us by PURE AND DELIBERATE FRAUD!

For that reason alone, it is obviously null and void. Therefore, NOBODY in this country has to comply with a damned thing.

If Obungle and Co. insist that we must still obey their edicts and submit to a piece of deceitful "legislation", then maybe it's time for this cold war to go very hot.
