Don't you just love it? And to think the cartoonist thought that this was some kind of indictment.

And these are numbers as of FOUR years ago, before Obama became the number one stand-out firearm salesman of all time. Ya gotta love it.

OOOHHHHHHH! I get it! This was supposed to be an anti-gun cartoon, to shame people because of the vast amounts of guns out in the civilized public America.

Aside from presenting that there are more handguns than rifles, and more rifles than shotguns, which is clearly shown by the number of each type, the out of proportion size of the weapons in the graphic misrepresents how many more there is of one type compared to another.

This graphic just reminds me that I do not have a rifle or a shotgun. That must be corrected.

"Without a rifle you are nothing, worthless, you are waiting for death, any minute, any second." -Aron Bielski

"History has shown that the greater power of the gun is its power to deter. Bear in mind that criminals, by definition, target only victims they believe they can overpower. When the intended victim draws a gun, the predator realizes that their erstwhile target has the ability to kill them instantly. This tends to modify their behavior immediately without a shot being fired." - Massad Ayoob

"Every citizen should be a soldier. This was the case with the Greeks and Romans, and must be that of every free state." - Thomas Jefferson

"Only an armed people can be the real bulwark of popular liberty." -Vladimir Ilyich Lenin

"One cannot legislate the maniacs off the street... these maniacs can only be shut down by an armed citizenry. Indeed bad things can happen in nations where the citizenry is armed, but not as bad as those which seem to be threatening our disarmed citizenry in this country at this time." - Jeff Cooper

I choose not to delegate my responsibility to a paid few.

Damn boys and girls. We can do better then that. We need to push those numbers UPPPPPP. We are afterall Americans. Owning guns is our right and our duty. Lets get those numbers up there. We can do it. I know we can. Let's call it project 1 billion. I do believe if the manufacturers get on board we should hit that number in about three years. Just in time for Caligula to declare martial law and declare himself Queen Bitch of the Universe.
