Uniformed thugs in Nevada apparently haven't heard of the Third Amenment either.

Police Commandeer Homes, Get Sued. I'd like to say this is unbelievable but it is becoming all too common. These bastards are indeed an occupying army.

If they are an enemy army then why are we not treating them as such?

GUARANTEED they would have died the instant they entered, head shots 1,2,3.
Afterall, it was a home invasion and they might bethugs PRETENDING to be cops.
Oh Wait, they WERE!

These spineless worms are beyond contempt. As I read more and more of these type assaults on innocent people, I've come to the conclusion that at some point, an armed citizen has the right to protect themselves as these pond scum LEO's are clearly
criminals who will hurt you, IF NOT KILL YOU, if you do not comply with their illegal demands. Enough is enough. It's way past the time to turn outrage to NATION WIDE protest, and demands to their rep's in government to legislate protections from these out of control police departments.
Slamming some of these scum bags in prison would be a start, but much more needs to be done.

I'm not surprised at the militarized police action at all. The rest of the Bill or Rights has been gutted, it's only right that the third amendment be gutted also.

Pretty much makes it a clean sweep in the destruction of the entire Bill of Rights.

But don't worry. The modern American "patriot" will howl, growl and posture while saying but once again that the tyrants went too far, but rest assured, they will be responded to next time!

Is that near the Vegas suburb where Marine Captain Eric Scott was executed by police for the Crime of Having a legal concealed weapon in a Costco?

OOPs, to the previous post correct that to "Having a legal government licensed CCW in a Costco..."

Everytime one of these unAmerican events occurs, the names, addresses and map location of the thugs homes should be posted for all to see.
Thugs should fear for their lives, and the lives of their family and pets, like they want us to.
Are you a subject or a citizen?
At some point, the 500 yard solution becomes the only one left.

Why haven't insurance companies waded into this fecal storm? Each officer should pay for his/her own civil liability insurance...say in the amount of $5,000,000 per incident. The premium will be deducted from monthly pay. Enough of secret payouts to victims who have fallen victim to abusive, illegal and clearly unconstitutional police practices.

A burning question: Would your local police do this to you?

They took two years to file that and still didn't find time to think about 42 USC §1983?
