Looking for a book. Any ideas?

Am looking for a copy of the out-of-print 1991 softcover reprint (couldn't possibly afford one of the 1949 originals) of Bataan Uncensored by Ernest B. Miller and republished by the Minnesota Historical Society. Can't find one on the Internet. Any ideas?
LATER: Got one coming guys. Thanks!

Missed that one, but it doesn't help. I don't have a credit card and they won't take PayPal. Can some kind soul buy it and forward it to PO Box 926, Pinson, AL 3526? I will pay you back. Thanks. Cheapest is fine. I want the content, not the collectible.

I will check the MN Military Museum at Camp Ripley Minnesota this week for you. They sell many books related to our states military history.

Minnesota has many of its 34th Infantry Division soldiers subjected to the Bataan Death March and subsequent imprisonment by the Japanese after the fall of the Phillipines.

The MN 34th Infantry Division commemorates the Bataan Death March each year with a 20 mile heavy road foot march to honor the victims and survivors of this horrific tragedy.

Mike I bought a copy, but several have been sold in the last few hours. If you still need it I'll forward when I get it.

Here's the 1949 hardcopy.

Says he'll take an offer. Bet he'd take $24.00

No reimbursement necessary - enjoy

Forgot to say that you can contact that person via the Contact link at the bottom of their listing and ask if they'll take a check. They often do.

I hate softcover.

Used books, cheap shipping.

Pre-paid, (cash) Visa cards are available at many Walgreens drug stores. They work fine for mail order.

Another good place to find old/used books is

The site lists many small book sellers from around the world and frequently has older books at cheaper prices than Amazon. In this case they appear to be more for Bataan Uncensored - 31 copies ranging in price $17 & up including shipping.

This is a great book and shows the problems American soldiers faced at the start of WW II. Many of those problems were caused by bad staff work in our PI Headquarters.

One of the tankers in this story lives in the Tri-Cities of Eastern Washington and said that his commander, the author, begged to take all their ammunition with them when they moved to Bataan but was refused that request even thought they had the ability to move the ammo. The same result was met when they tried to carry their rations with them.
