Fearing terrorist attacks by LEGO policemen with 2" plastic guns, NYC schools threaten 9 year old with suspension

Rabid hoplophobia trumps common sense -- again.

Why parents continue to send their children to these intolerant indoctrination centers is beyond me. Personally, I believe a student in public school learns far more about how to be a "good citizen" than anything else. By that I mean he learns to accept having the most basic of rights denied by total authoritarians, why protest is futile, and accepts unjust punishment. Forget that, home school those kids!!

Quoting the boy's Mother, "You need to exercise good judgement."

BBZZZZZZZZZZTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!
WRONG ANSWER!!

Expecting a dyed in the wool education wienie like that principal is to exercise anything even remotely resembling good judgement like expecting a Democrat to vote against raising taxes. AIN'T HAPPENING! No wonder they cannot teach our children anything. They are incapable of rational thought.

When my kids were little, they had a bushel basket of those things. Apparently, I am a terrorist and a bad dad. I can expect a visit from Homeland Security any day now...

Daddy's just as screwed up as the libtard principal. He thinks that somehow toy guns that are of a certain size are a legitimate threat.

How weird. I woke up thinking about when airline security years ago confiscated a little boy's 4-inch solid cast-plastic G.I. Joe rifle. I think they still allowed him on the plane. I think.
Sue?
Not my first thought.
There's quite a disconnect in our country. My granddaughter is in the Navy. When she's out in public in uniform, little kids come up and hug her leg and thank her. Strangers buy her lunch. Veterans want to chat with her about their time in.
She shot a handgun and a shotgun for the first time ever in boot camp. I could never get her to the range before. I'm guessing that people associate the military and weapons somehow. So what the HELL is it with the "educators"?
What will they be allowed to teach when the pacifist disarmed USA is overrun by people who build bomb vests for 12-year-old girls?

Principal Evelyn Mastroianni and her likes need to go on the list.

When the mother was interviewed on KFI (Los Angeles), she said the principal had told reporters that she'd apologized to the parents and the boy. Mom said that was incorrect, that the principal had only apologized to her. What kind of message does that send to the kids?

Forgot to note - that this story is from February 4th, but the mother was interviewed last night on KFI, and the principal has STILL not apologized to the boy.

Time for education vouchers!

Peacenik Colman McCarthy and Principal Evelyn Mastroianni would be perfect soulmates and should be encouraged to find a quiet out-of-the-way (WAY out-of-the-way) where they could sit, chant, “Give peace a chance”, and contemplate one another’s navels; provided of course that they be neutered so as to not curse the earth with feral offspring.

Legos themselves seem to be a problem. Creativity, imagination, bonding with parents during play? F-- that. We have a finite planet to save!
