Pentagon to Detail Troops to Bolster Domestic Security

The U.S. military expects to have 20,000 uniformed troops inside the United States by 2011 trained to help state and local officials respond to a nuclear terrorist attack or other domestic catastrophe, according to Pentagon officials.
So says the Washington Post here.
Pete at WRSA said the other day that Firesign Theatre, the prescient radio comedy troupe of the late Sixties and early Seventies, would have a good case for suing "the Future" (as represented by the present day political establishment) for copyright infringement. Very little of what they so wackily predicted has not come to pass. Witness the electronic society of Dr. Memory and the hologram president from "I Think We're All Bozos On This Bus" done in 1971. But here, with this story, we have another Firesign moment. Does anyone else besides me recall this song?

On a serious note, let me see if I understand. Obongo wants a civilian security force as large and well-equipped as the military ( the Brownshirts); the military has been building the NorthCom or Northern Command force for almost 2 years now ( the SS ) and he wants to disarm the common citizen. If I do understand this, then, are there really any people who think that they will be allowed to say, "I don't want to get involved, just let me sit on the sidelines and be neutral."???

Just be aware that both political parties are involved up to their lower mandibles. Or shall I say both wings of the single FEDERAL party? What ever!
It's most disconcerting to me that some of my friends, and most acquaintances do not understand that Bush = Clinton = Obama. And I'm not talking about their clothes. But their souls - darkened as they are.
So you need to educate your friends and family before the SHTF so they know which side to be on. Namely the 3%ers. Sons of Liberty!
