Anti-gun bigot’s projection shows just who the true ignorant and fearful haters are

That makes the true provincial clods and demonstrable bigots the self-styled “urbane sophisticates,” desperate to convince each other that they’re so much better informed (not to mention better endowed!) than we mere gun-clinging flyover rubes. And if you think about it, another truism fits: People who are ignorant fear, and people who fear hate. I read that in one of them complicated books with big words that don’t have a lot of pictures in ‘em somewhere.

Yes, I've seen "That Guy!!!" I also try to keep an appreciable amount of space between he and I!! Julia Gorin's last paragraph in her post "The Anti-Gun Male" sums up the situation perfectly! As she says,".....In short, he is a man begging for subjugation. He longs for its' promise of 'equality in helplessness.' Because, only when that strange, independent 'Alpha Male' breed of 'Male' is helpless along with him will he feel 'adequate.' Indeed, his freedom lies in this other man's containment."

Meanwhile, back at the ranch, 'got the cans set up on the rack out past the shed. The radio on the deck table is playin' an old 'Stones tune,"War.....children.....it's just a shot away!!!....." 'Take aim from the deck rail with the old "10-22" and "POW!"..."Ping!!" as another soda pop can is hit and flips up in the air!!! "Practice...Practice!!!"
