NFL and nightclub firearms rules ‘putting guns on the street’ in Detroit

Proving once more that unintended consequences of “gun control” actually increase dangerous crime, The Detroit News reported Thursday that “Guns are being stolen from vehicles downtown, in part because nightclubs and the NFL ban firearms.”

No, the voters need to demand a change in the laws so that they can carry their weapons everywhere, just as Chief Craig's officers do. Why anyone thinks that we need a two tier system of freedom eludes me. Do not recognize those who insist that there are "betters", and you are not one of them.; December 9, 2013 at 6:00 PM

MamaLiberty said...: Seems like an excellent reason for gun owners... and those who value their lives and property, to stay home instead of patronizing the "victim disarmament zones." Why would anyone want to go to those places?

I don't suppose there are enough gun owners for that boycott to make much of an impression on the bottom line of the venues themselves, but you never know... Might start a trend.; December 10, 2013 at 11:34 AM
