Burlington withholding gun ordinance documents from public scrutiny

“The … latest log of withheld documents was provided to us on Tuesday,” the Vermont Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs advised. “This brings to 117 the number of documents that the city has withheld from public view.”

I guess if these scrofulous toads want to pass "laws" in secret, then the people get to break them openly. If there was any one tort reform that I would want passed - yesterday - it would be "loser pays". That might make these lowlifes think twice. But I doubt it, not until they get burned once, or twice (or three times. . . )

Golly gee, sounds like they are trying to be just as 'transparent' as the national syndicate (aka the obama 'administration'). Do they really think (I know a silly presumption) that people will willingly follow laws passed in secret?? Really? How would they even know what the 'secret' law is?
