Showboating for sure....the question is: will the American people buy it? Personally, most of this article is over the top. The way things were worded seems to be carefully crafted to elicit a response.

For example: "Two loud knocks and a brief pause"....define "brief". Not sure I believe the allegations of spilled water, kicking and punching, running off the road, non-admittance to the neighborhood based on skin color...but I guess it's plausible. I just have a feeling this is spin.

Same thing with the "feeding hungry children" line. America usually eats shit like that up....I just hate to see a side I agree with stoop to such sophomoric tactics. In an educated society, one should be able to rely simply on the facts to get the point across....too bad the American people are woefully ignorant about their rights.

Kokesh's peeps talk as if this is something special and outrageous. What did he expect? This is police work in 21st c. America. It's as if he thought they wouldn't actually go after him.

I'm surprised how many of you actually believe the War on Drugs is working and that, more importantly, the government owns you and your body and can tell you what you can and can't put in it.

Yes, Kokesh broke unconstitutional laws....since you can't file suit in America unless you have "standing"....how else do you couch commandos plan to ferret out a solution to the fact that municipalities dictate our rights to us and act as if their unconstitutional edicts are the "supreme law of the land" even after a BoR Amendment has been incorporated? Do you just plan to sit on your ass and complain and expect things to change?

Mike is putting his freedom and ass on the line by advocating smuggling mags and by selling, trading and exchanging them....within the LEGAL context, that civil disobedience must be done first...before any shooting starts.

Too bad you guys can't see the forest for the trees. Kokesh, while I may not agree with him on a lot of things, at least is willing to go to jail...which is a lot more than most of us can be bothered to do.

Before everyone goes off on a tangent on Kokesh; try and remember that Samuel Adams acted in similar fashion in the build up to the Revolution. Do I agree with his tactics? Not always. Right now, exposing tyranny and those scum bags who are involved, is more important. I have no problem with a confrontational approach, weighing the goal to the risk. I can't do shit behind bars.

I'll say this one more time.
Every time I see a SWAT team mustering to break down a door, I find myself praying that there is someone with a belt-fed M2 on the other side.
This shit has got to stop, one way or another.

Looks like anon amounts to a Molon Labia. I read somewhere that the average American citizen is guilty of around 3 felonies a day.

I don't necessarily agree with his tactics or alleged drug use - but the guy is obviously hoping for a nonviolent revolution.

Besides that, police never plant evidence or beat, shoot and kill people, do they?

Best of luck to you in kissing the Jackboot.

Oh yeah - when "they" come for you, they will "find" something, guaranteed.

Ned and Sean I remember asshats like you screaming for Anti-drug laws and no-knock warrants back in the 80's and 90's. Back when the Pro-gunnies thought that cop's were cool and it was A-OK to hammer the "hippies" and "blacks". When guys just like you were screaming for Reagan and Bush to send the Army into the city's to "restore order". I well remember the utter cowards that the Militias and "gunnies" became after Ruby Ridge and Waco. You talk a lot of babbling bullshit -BUT nether one of you has the BALLs to Do anything that might risk your middle class lifestyle, your bass boat or your gun collection. Oh you'll hide behind your keyboard and bitch and moan . But when the shooting starts you'll be the ones hiding in your "bug out retreat" . Y'all feel free to babble some more bullshit back- I'll care when y'all get off your dead 300lb asses and hit the street - until then its all Keyboard commando time. Anon July 11-12:17

Ned's right...and if they can't "find" something....

They'll just plant some kiddie porn on your computer. It's the fastest way to discredit someone publicly.

Hell, if you look at any porn at all....all it takes is one under 18 year old model and you've already got it on your computer, regardless of whether or not you knew she was a minor.
