Combine the collapsible canteen with the &qu...Mike,<br />Combine the collapsible canteen with the "canteen straw kit" (Search-engine!) for the best of both (camelback vs canteen) worlds!<br /><br />Basically you get the "camelback" style hose (3'), a replaceable bite-valve, and a "siphon" hose that goes on the bottom of the canteen cap so as to allow drinking from it like a straw. <br /><br />I *ASSUME* (haven't rec'd mine yet) that the 3' hose plugs in the top of the NBC cap, but I'm not positive on that...<br /><br />I also have a small in-line filter that I *BELIEVE* would allow filling canteen from any source without worry at fill, doing the filtering as you suck the water through the "straw"...
