Hinderaker (who helped to expose the Rathergate fraud).

Quoting the USSC Espy decision:

The deliberative process privilege is a qualified privilege and can be overcome by a sufficient showing of need. … For example, where there is reason to believe the documents sought may shed light on government misconduct, ‘the privilege is routinely denied,’ on the grounds that shielding internal government deliberations in this context does not serve ‘the public’s interest in honest, effective government.’”

http://www.powerlineblog.com/archives/2012/06/obamas-claim-of-executive-privilege-its-frivolous.php

In the war of words between Issa and BHO, the White House is shooting blanks. ;^)

MALTHUSAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7575061201749703300.post-55863761628791951422012-06-26T13:20:04.247-05:002012-06-26T13:20:04.247-05:00I wish everyone would quit referring to the upcomi...I wish everyone would quit referring to the upcoming conflict as a civil war. It is a revolutionary war to throw off the yoke of another King.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7575061201749703300.post-49341807858907741992012-06-26T11:48:29.385-05:002012-06-26T11:48:29.385-05:00Biden? No, I don't think you understand the situation.
You see there are these people that call themselves Democrats, who have absolutely nothing in common with the JFK Democratic party but have seized control of that party. They are in fact Marxists and nothing but nothing, happens without their say so. They also control the media and therefore the information and "news" to about the 95% level which means they can manipulate any story to benefit the Marxists cause, which they claim isn't Marxist at all but mainstream American values.

Then there's this bunch called Republicans who somehow never seem to be capable of offering the least bit of resistance to the Democrats (Marxists) and soil their pampers repeatedly at the thought they might have to. The rest of the Republicans can't understand why they keep getting weak and non-contentious candidates to vote for (except that Romney might turn out to be a wolf in sheep's clothing, wouldn't that be a hoot?!) and then realize that the "leadership" is now pretty much in favour of the Democrat's (Marxists) activities, just not as aggressively. They then wonder if the same takeover that happened to the Democrats, isn't happening within the Republican party leadership. Obviously, it has.

Answer? Third party! No, not quite because they (Marxists) are left in the controlling position because they've made sure that it works out that way.

Answers? Just two options of which everyone concerned are aware. Retake the Republican party leadership positions within the party and beat the piss out of the media every day or, civil war. Or there is that third option of surrender. But if you take it you are condemning your children and grandchildren to slavery.

The word "slavery" will promptly be redefined as "freedom" by those seeking to implement it. The Marxists.

It's what they do and this is how they do it. If you have doubts, you need only look briefly at Europe. The model is Soviet and so are the methods.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7575061201749703300.post-39213753883530374802012-06-26T08:23:33.720-05:002012-06-26T08:23:33.720-05:00Since Obama's already borrowed the rest of Nix...Since Obama's already borrowed the rest of Nixon's playbook, I wonder how long it'll be before Biden gets sworn in and starts handing out pardons...Davenoreply@blogger.com
