The. 21st REPEALED that delegation of authority, thus restoring it back to the people themselves where said liberty belonged. <br /><br />So then. Just where is the AUTHORITY for anything the ATF does ? <br /><br />The congress is NOT empowered to delegate away it's Constititional powers. That creates a SEPARATION OF POWERS crisis. <br /><br />The only answer can be this - we have a COMPANY, a corporation, acting in place of and instead of a Constitutiinal government.
