"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour." -- First Peter, Chapter 5, Verse 8.

Looks like a good instance to try and repeal the unconstitutional NFA. Too bad the guy likely doesn't have the money.

I think a better quote would have been the one from Forrest Gump: "STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES." Anyone in this day and age with all that is going on in Amerika, would have to be dumber than a box of rocks to do what this inbred did.
This is a sobering lesson to all who chest-thump, scream and stomp, fly way above the radar and spit in the FEDGOV'S eye. While he is sitting in his cell, he should read THE GODFATHER, and pay special attention to Vito Corleone's description of people which he gave to his son Michael before Michael took over the reigns of the family business.

How Evil Are New Jersey’s Gun Laws? This Evil

One question to ask...why does Alabama allow the Southern Obama Lawless Center to HQ there? Just a thought...send these subversive Commie A-holes back to Fariyland, Bloomieville, Kommiyneticut. or Massholechewsus.

So ummmm how many "one guy sitting in a cell" examples have to come to pass until the naysayers admit that it isn't ONE person at all? More and more everyday? And then - how long before they "prevent" any "possible" problems by putting YOU in that cell by YOURSELF?

It appears that the article's author does not understand the difference between a semi-automatic and a full automatic shotgun or rifle:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saiga-12

A tax stamp and the related paperwork would have resolved the possession of a short barreled shotgun issue, as the 16.9 inch barrel length of a Saiga-12K is 1.1 inch too short without them.

Hahaha , really are you kiddin me, ya can't make this shtuff up!!!

If my grandpa offered to sell me a illegal gun i would turn around and walk away, if he tried to hand it to me i would kick him in the nuts.

As someone wrote... IN THIS DAY AND AGE!!!......
It's the GD Feds EVERYTIME or someone trying to get out of something they got busted for!

The Montana Goat Ropper loved to run his mouth, but didn't Read Enough or Listen well.

Yes, by all means....let us attack the guy for daring to thumb his nose at unconstitutional laws like NFA.

I agree, not bright....but it doesn't change the fact that an unjust law ought not be followed.

He may be short on brains, but he probably has way bigger balls than most of us here on this site.

I myself have trouble believing anyone to be this dumb. But i do understand how an informant is developed and a good cover story written about him, which just may be what this SPLC piece is. So when he's released on some "technicality" how many less than optimum I.Q. but well meaning patriots will flock to this guy and openly speak their innermost thoughts to him. It sounds more and more to me like they're trying to build an operative...
